General Provisions

cricxs is an online gaming platform that provides various gaming services for users in Bangladesh, including live casino, slot games and cricket betting. These terms and conditions apply to all products and services on the platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on cricxs:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal Time: Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made from payment accounts registered in your name.
• Conducting transactions using third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If a bonus is applied after a deposit, the wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Bonuses and Promotions

cricxs offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following terms carefully before accepting these offers:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: depositing ৳12,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳20,000.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If there is evidence of any bonus abuse or fraud, cricxs reserves the right to immediately cancel the bonus and forfeit the associated winnings.

The VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier. VIP terms and conditions apply separately.

Gaming Rules

All games on cricxs are operated based on fair play principles. The following rules apply to all games:

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, the result will be determined according to the cricxs server logs.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network or device issue, it can be resumed from the last saved state.
• In the event of a dispute over any game result, the server record will be considered the final evidence.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• For cricket betting, the data of internationally recognized scoring and result-determining bodies applies.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bet settlement will be carried out in accordance with standard betting rules.

Each game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) sets its own game rules. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of a specific game before playing.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cricxs platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with false or misleading information.

Limitation of Liability

• Transaction delays caused by a service disruption from a third-party payment provider.
• Service unavailability due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, cyber attacks).
• Account compromise caused by malware or software issues on your device.
• Any psychological or financial harm related to gaming.

cricxs will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, special or consequential damages. Our total liability will always be limited to the total amount you have deposited.
